With the aim of simplifying and improving administrative procedures, from now on, a single-entry system for issuing certificates of home number has been introduced in the Municipal Administration of the Municipality of Vlasenica.
In just a few minutes from the moment of submitting a request, the party will receive the certificates, and in one place all necessary information will be available to them. This will save time, and citizens will get a certificate of home number with simpler, faster and much less required documentation.
This project was implemented by the Department of General Administration in cooperation with the Department for Physical Planning and Housing and Communal Affairs.
“We want to raise professionalism in the work to a higher level, with the aim of making our documents easier for our clients. Within the project “LIFE”, the Vlasenica Municipality and the World Bank Group work together on regulatory reform of administrative procedures investors and creating better conditions for investing. As part of this project, the procedure for introducing a one-stop-shop system for all procedures has already been launched, and this is the first step towards achieving this goal, said Branislav Petković, head of the sales desk and IT administrator in the Municipality of Vlasenica.
Vlasenica Municipality is one of the five municipalities in the Republic of Srpska that have updated and established the Adress register. The address register represents the records of all streets and house numbers of residential and commercial buildings in the area of a local community, a database that can not be lived in the modern age.
The certificate of home number of citizens can be obtained every working day from 7 am to 3 pm at the counter number 4.
